Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji

Swami Dayanand Saraswati ji, the founder of Arya Samaj, was the first Indian who realized the importance of education for the well being of a society. He stressed that all actions should be performed with prime objective of benefitting mankind. He condemned idol worship, animal sacrifice, caste system, untouchability, child marriage and discrimination against woman.
Mahatma Hansraj Ji
(1864-1938)
Mahtma Hansraj, the first Indian Headmaster of DAV High School, Lahore was a perfect motivator of men par excellence through perfect team work. He led the country from the darkness of ignorance to the enlightenment of knowledge. Throughout his life, he practised and preached five percepts Sandhya (Vedic Prayer), Swadhyaya (Self Study), Samaj Satsang (Weekly religious session), Swadesh (Loyalty to motherland) and Seva (Service of Man). He was a true sanyasi.
